We checked out the distillers of one of the best Kentucky Bourbons that I have ever tasted...

That was actually called "Distiller's Beer" It's just like beer fermentation except without the hops. They even let us dip our fingers in for a taste. Only a couple of percent alcohol. Kids were invited to do the same.
